This Fair Play Policy (“Policy”) ensures high standards of fairness, competition, skill, and sportsmanship on the Platform.
1. FAIR PLAY EVALUATIONS
1.1 Unauthorised Fund Transfers
A Fair Play Violation includes:
- Manipulating game outcomes through unfair means.
- Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities.
- Money transferring between accounts or persons.
- Collusion between players (“syndicate playing”).
- Prohibited conduct listed below.
By using the Platform, Users agree not to engage in any Fair Play Violation.
1.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users are expressly prohibited from:
- Using multiple accounts in the same Cash Game.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations.
- Accessing other Users’ accounts without permission.
- Deliberately losing rounds to transfer winnings.
- Using cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized software.
- Uploading racist, casteist, vulgar, or unlawful content.
- Sharing personal details (e.g., contact numbers) via chat.
KYC Documentation:
- Submitting false/forged documents results in account termination and legal action.
2. CONSEQUENCES OF FAIR PLAY VIOLATIONS
2.1 Account Actions
- Immediate termination of accounts involved in violations.
- Funds frozen pending investigation (up to 180 days).
- Permanent bans for violators and collaborators.
2.2 Financial Penalties
- Fair Play violation fee:
- ₹10,000 or 3x the add-cash amount (whichever is higher) per violation.
- Deducted from account balance or pursued legally if insufficient.
- Forfeiture of funds linked to violations.
2.3 Investigation Process
- Users notified of suspected violations.
- Investigation covers all historical gameplay.
- Funds may be repatriated to affected Users.
3. FAIR PLAY REPORTING
3.1 Reporting Mechanism
- Genuinely Affected Users (those financially impacted) must report violations within 72 hours:

3.2 Refund Process
- Refunds issued within 60 days post-confirmation.
- Entry fees refunded to affected Users; violators’ fees forfeited.

5. GAME CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
5.1 Points Rummy Cash Games
- Cancellation due to technical errors/Fair Play Violations:
- Refund add-cash amounts to affected Users.
- Forfeit violators’ add-cash amounts.
5.2 Pool/Deals Rummy & Tournaments
- Cancellation due to violations:
- Refund entry fees and rebuy amounts to affected Users.
- Forfeit violators’ entry fees.
